Today I got word from 'Sam B.' from Wellington, NZ with the word on who is Ted. His name is Brian Sergent, an actor/comedian who's past works include Braindead and Meet the Feebles (both of which are Peter Jackson films). The only picture I could find of Sergent is this kinda fuzzy one from Braindead..
