Für den HOBBIT wird alles noch ein bisschen gigantischer als seinerzeit bei der Ring-Trilogie. So wird beispielsweise das Auenland-Set im Norden Neuseelands diesmal nicht nur aus Styropor und Pappmaché, sondern solide aus Holz und Stein wieder aufgebaut. Aus anonymer Quelle sind uns nun Dutzende eindrucksvolle Fotos des Auenland-Sets zur Verfügung gestellt worden.
